A MUM of two who was arrested on child porn charges while pregnant in a maternity ward was jailed for two years yesterday.   Depraved Susan Smith, 42, took indecent photos of a friend's naked three-year-old daughter and sent them to a paedophile. She was caught when a man borrowed her phone, saw the vile snaps and called cops. Smith later gave birth while under police guard.
